[Straight Hire Requires] Manager/ Sr. Manager- Foreign Exchange sales- T - Delhi/ NCR Manager/ Sr. Manager- Foreign Exchange sales- T Hotels / Restaurants / Airlines / Travel Accounts / Finance / Tax / CS / Audit 6, 00, 000 9, 00, 000 02- May- 2018 The Company is the leading integrated travel and travel related financial services company in the country offering a broad spectrum of services that include Foreign Exchange, Corporate Travel, MICE, Leisure Travel, Insurance, Visa & Passport services and E- Business 1. Developing an in- depth understanding of prospects, building relationships for success, influencing prospect and client decisioning and execute strategic sales plans. 2. Differentiate the organization value proposition; develop in- depth understanding of the market/ region and source, to independently build/ manage an effective pipeline. 3. Optimize the value of business proposition and maximize the return to meet aggressive sales growth targets. 4. Own and deliver the outcome prospect conversion and new billings generation, win- totrade, new booked volume and carry over volume targets. 5. Drive the sales approach internally with stakeholders as well as externally with customers and ensure that the necessary resources from all parts of the organization are aligned appropriately with opportunities. 6. Manage leads and research into account, preparation of presentation materials; ensuring pricing is consistent with pricing strategy and the effective implementation of the account. 7. Lead negotiation and help define contract terms and service level agreements with customers. 8. Conduct business reviews/ implementation updates to ensure success and appropriate progress. Basic understanding of Financial propositions on client business, Ability to comprehend basic financial statements, Understanding of General Regulatory terms. 9. Strong effective relationship building with key internal business partners and developing relationship with key contact areas ensuring targets and activities are achieved. 10. Independent day- to- day management of client issue resolution and operations linkages where appropriate. Key contacts within this position (Internal) will require interaction with peer group, SRM & SD team members, support group and at different levels of leadership. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Experience in Selling/ Relationship Management of Corporate Houses - Professional sales experience (Strategic selling and Negotiation skills) to sell to the most complex accounts. 2. Understanding of pricing and its impact on the relationship between corporations and principals. 3. Ability to drive and/ or facilitate change within the clients organization as well as within organization. 4. Excellent oral fluency and written business communication skills. 5. Confident presentation skills. Good analytical skills to analyze biz metrics & conduct periodic reviews internally & with clients. 6.
