Manager- Finance (With 8- 10 yrs. of experience) Job description Roles and Responsibilities - Preparation of financial statements , including account analysis and handling of Statutory / Internal audits / Tax audits - Thorough knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) , IND Accounting Standards & IFRS. Through knowledge and understanding on internal financial control over financial statements. Manage the preparation of the companys budget , cash- flow , estimates , - Report to management on variances from the established budget , and the reasons for those variances Must have a knowledge of Hyperion package. - Is responsible for preparing financial reports and review accounts receivable/payable for accuracy and compliance to standards and procedures. Liaising with bank for forex transactions/Hedging s Contract - Must have a good knowledge of Income Tax Act , Companies Act , GST , FEMA rules , Transfer Pricing. Must have good knowledge of MS Office excel , word , power point etc You are meant for this job if you have: - - CA plus CS , plus B.Com./M.Com. with 8- 10 years of experience in finalization of Statutory Financial Statements , interaction with statutory auditors and MIS reports. Knowledge of IFRS , Indian Accounting standards and principles , including month end closing processes. Nice to have : Experience in a Service Industry. Knowledge of Accounting standards and principles , including month end closing processes.,
