Job Description

    In this Area Product Owner role, you will manage the global team that drives both near and long term strategy for our Creative Management Area Product. Leveraging multiple technologies (primarily Adobe products,) your focus will be on the centrally managed repository of our CCB marketing content drive integration with workflow processes and the conversion to atomic content. Working with other area products, vendors, and internal business partners, you will help to define and organize how we work. This includes strategy and scope definition, OKRs, budget planning/management/oversight, milestone management, communications, and as a people manager, work to enhance our team s culture. Responsibilities
    • Define, drive and communicate the strategic direction of the creative lifecycle
    • Define APG level OKRs and strategic roadmap in alignment with higher level Marketing Automation Platform product (MAP) and Customer Acquisition Marketing Platform (CAMP) product portfolio OKRs
    • Partner with key business stakeholders (e.g., Card, Home Lending, Auto, Consumer Banking, Brands) to identify business needs that strategically align to process automation/streamlining
    • Development of materials for presentation to the broader product organization and senior leadership partners to effectively communicate our team story and progress
    • Key engagement with vendor partners to continuously explore opportunities for technology capability enhancements and team learning
    • Leads and manages project teams through project lifecycle from ideation to project execution, including the approval and demand management process, and has oversight to ensure quality and timeliness of project completion with oversight and management of, OKRs, agility metrics, risk/issues
    • As a people manager, you will communicate and reinforce the strategic vision within the team and provide coaching and direction on how to get there
