  • Product launch & Selling should be key strength areas of candidate.
  • Responsible for achieving daily demanding Sales Targets, for achieving the width and depth of Distribution, in store Brand visibility and to execute companys policy & strategies
  • Provide high quality leadership in managing Sales Team in their daily business activities to meet the organizations goal.
  • Need to develop and maintain channel Sales Network ( Distributor/ Dealer ).
  • Create the successful Marketing opportunities and work on its implementation.
  • Research & develop strategies to identify the business opportunities in the Market.
  • Monitor and analyze Sales & Marketing activities against Targeted Goals and able to go to market on regular basis.
  • Candidate with fmcg RETAIL SALES experience in Detergent industry, Soaps, Personal care product will be preferred
  • Should have good Geographical Knowledge of his local area.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Qualification: Graduate/ MBA( HR/ Marketing) | Regular Studies required from reputed University
  • Experience: 5-8 years (FM CG sector preferred)
  • Salary Package : Rs. 4,50,000 Rs. 9,00,000 PA.
  • Salary is no bar for the right candidate.
  • Should be comfortable to travel in any city and flexible for area relocation as per companys requirement.
  • Smart & quick learner with excellent communication skills (Hindi| English)
