Job Description

    DFRESHERS, PLEASE DO NOT APPLYSPJ Group is established in 1962 and we are looking forward for passionate candidates who will work for our new brands and product launching. We are hiring for our Patanga Detergent Powder Segment, required Sales & Marketing persons who will be confident to complete sales targets and handle challenges in the market smartly. FRESHERS DO NOT APPLY
    • Product launch & Selling should be key strength areas of candidate
    • The candidate should be able to do direct sales to Retailers.
    • Able to do target base sales on daily basis.
    • Should be able to do in-shop branding and proper utilization of POP material.
    • To be able to search for New Distributors in their assigned areas and develop distribution network as per Company Policy.
    • Candidate with FMCG RETAIL SALES experience in the Detergent Industry, Soap, Personal care products will be preferred.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Qualification: Min - Graduate (From a reputed University)
    • Experience Required: 3-5 years (Priority to those candidates who have experience in FMCG Sector)
    • Candidates age should be below 40 yrs.
    • Should have good Geographical Knowledge of local area he/ she applied for.
    • Candidates with FMCG SALES experience in General Trade along with Distributors handling will be preferred.
    • Salary will be as per working experience (according to Jd)
