MEDIA AND PR MANAGER Job Description The candidate will:Assist in devising and executing the media, communications and marketing plans for our trade fairs with following objectives in mind: Create awareness of the forthcoming Shows amongst target audience and ensure good level of participation. Position our exhibitions as what they are: unique and must attend events. Wherever applicable, position the exhibitions as international, yet with local content and relevance. Sustain the interest levels for the event through the pre-event period as well as during the duration of the exhibition. Ensure that the other non-media activities around the events also secure optimum media visibility. The candidate will also be required to:Oversee and coordinate advertising campaignsAssist in event planning and management, liaison, interaction with external agencies, coordination and execution Conceptualize, coordinate, manage and implement companys direct mail and other communication campaigns 30-36 years Degree in communications from a reputed institute/ universityExperience At least 4 years experience in Media and public relations with a reputed large organization or media relations company General Must be highly motivated and self-confident person of pleasing personality possessing excellent Communication skills and fluency in written and Spoken English and Hindi. Should be capable of handling the assignments independently. Should be willing to travel within India. Should be well versed with MS Office and Internet operations. Should be ready to work in Gurgaon. Should be residing either in Gurgaon or in New Delhi Colonies not further than 25-30 minutes from Gurgaon. Should be familiar with the city of Delhi Candidates having their own Conveyance will be preferred. Commensurate with experience and qualification and in line with the Industry parameters.Office Timings 9:30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Midday break from 1:15 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.,
