Handling day to day operations related to food safety. Preparing SOPS checklists, CCPS, PRPs as following International Food safety standards. Implemented Food Safety Polices to avoid cross contamination both physically and micro-biologically chemically from raw material, intermediate product and finished products. Performing Regular Internal Audits of Stores, Manufacturing production areas, supplier and vendors. Supervising entire Quality Assurance Control Management operations as per departments SOP. Managing all aspects of QA documentation controls. Handling all aspects of Operations including monitoring production and Conducting hygiene inspections conveying feedback to operating staff for any discrepancies found in norms.
