Job Description

    Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced NOC Analyst with strong, hands-on expertise in Zabbix and its integrations to join our 247 operations team supporting US customers. The analyst will be responsible for proactive monitoring, event triage, first-level troubleshooting, incident management and timely escalation across customer network, server, storage, cloud and application infrastructure ensuring maximum availability and SLA compliance around the clock.Key Responsibilities
    • Provide 247 proactive monitoring of network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud and application infrastructure for US customers using Zabbix.
    • Configure, administer and tune Zabbix templates, items, triggers, actions, host/low-level discovery, Zabbix proxies, agents (Agent/Agent2), SNMP, IPMI and JMX checks, dashboards and maps.
    • Build and maintain Zabbix integrations using the Zabbix REST API, webhooks and media types with ITSM/ticketing (ServiceNow, Jira), on-call/alerting (PagerDuty, OpsCenter), and Cha tops (Slack, Microsoft Teams, email/SMS).
    • Detect, acknowledge, triage and correlate alerts; perform first-level troubleshooting; create, classify and escalate incidents per defined runbooks, priorities and SLAs.
    • Drive the incident lifecycle logging, updates, escalation and resolution coordination and support problem and change management activities.
    • Reduce alert noise through threshold tuning, dependency configuration and maintenance windows; continuously improve monitoring coverage and signal quality.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with US customers and internal teams via tickets, email and calls; provide accurate shift handovers and maintain shift logs.
    • Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, knowledge-base articles and as-built monitoring documentation. Track and report on SLAs and KPIs (MTTA, MTTR, availability/uptime) and prepare periodic monitoring
