Responsible for database administration and optimisation, mapping of relational fields, to plan for scale2. Requirementsa. At least 2+ years of experience working with Amazon AWS, at scale -- other cloud infrastructure experience is a plusb. At least 2 years of experience as an architect in the e-Commerce industryc. At least 2 + years of experience with database optimisation in Postgres, config optimisationd. At least 4 years of experience managing, building and administering Postgres databasese. Strong knowledge of Postgresql, queries, stored proceduresf. Responsible for overall systems/application architecture in previous companyg. Experience building secure, robust, scalable cloud solutionsh. Experience with ERP is required, but specifically experience with Odoo is a bonusi. Solid understanding of business processes, workflow, and how people use software in real-world situationsj. Comfortable speaking with business-side professionals and developers alike (and can translate between the two)k. Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fieldsl. Masters degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferredm. Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures and scalabilityn. Experience in software engineering and design architectureo.
