Job Description

-Prepare purchase orders, estimates & invoices-Booking Labor, transport for within Delhi and other cities for shows/events-Should know the know how of basic banking-Prepare customs documentation and ATA Carnet documentation-Correspond with clients, associates & suppliers-Manage travel & hotel bookings for office staff-Oversee housekeeping and kitchen / pantry facilities and upkeep of office-Shop for office supplies and stationary, etc.-Manage vendors and maintain relevant documentation, Vendor management includes selecting and developing vendors for meeting various facility requirements of organisation.-Create streamlined processes for efficient functioning of admin/logistics department-Deftly managing overall Administration functions across the organisation
