We have an urgent opening for Sales and Admin Coordinator with a Japanese MNC in Nehru Place. Job Descriptions: Main Job Scope & Responsibilities:- Performs a wide variety of general administrative duties including most of the followings. 1. Order Processing - In charge of the local India customers order processing. 2. AR Management - Coordinate with Sales for customers payment. 3. Inventory Management 4. Handle Accpac 5. To check if there is any price discrepancy with purchase orders received from customers against price list quotation before customers issuing of invoices. 6. To up-date customers price list. 7. To prepare and release Invoices, Packing List with authorized signatory. 8. To liaise with converting department and warehouse to ensure that all material are slit and packed in accordance with customers orders. 9. To liaise with forwarder for schedule and shipment. 10. To email all shipping information in coordination with sales staff to customer on acceptance of shipping schedule. 11. To communicate between vendors, and customers, ensuring that all orders are processed and delivered in accordance to their requirements and within customers requested delivery date. 12. To assist in payment to suppliers and group companies for the purchased material. 13. To prepare courier documentation for samples, documents to customers. 14. To consolidate and sort monthly invoices on rotation basis to accounts department. 15. To ensure neat and tidy filing for all documents at all times for easy reference. 16. To check with supervisors for unsure things before you answer to customers or supplier.
