JOB DESCRIPTION:Build and develop reliable last mile delivery network of stores (mom and pop stores/ SMEs / mobile shops / individuals / couriers) for GrofersManage a team of 5-10 field executives who will be responsible to convert potential stores within their assigned region.Execute MOU and SLA with the stores along with end to end handling of complete onboarding and documentation processManage and streamline last mile delivery process at the store level as per Grofers metrics (e.g. attendance management, delivery percentage, customer returns, customer experience, customer escalations, on time delivery, etc.)Look after all the training requirements at the store level as and when the need be customer experience,Prepare detailed daily, weekly and monthly reports for management
