Job Description

    • Planning and receiving quotation from vendors and bargain with them to maintained professional atmosphere through email or telephone for select products.
    • Maintaining and developed minimum three to four vendors for the material.
    • Analyze cost of material, availability and quality of material.
    • While developing Vendor checking their stock capacity and I.S.O. certification.
    • Planning to place purchase order to minimum three vendors for the selected material.
    • Evaluate the product quality wise and cost wise, the same forward to Directors for approval, after receipt of Directors approval, Purchase orders sent to the vendor and confirm the receipt of Purchase Order
    • Maintaining the record of warning letters to suppliers, against late delivery given by supplier of material vs. delivery date stated in Purchase Order, Wrong Quality of Material sent by supplier vs. Quality of material stated in our Purchase Order. This record get check, while placing new Purchase Order
    • Maintaining I.S.O. record i.e. Indent File, Vendor Information Form, Item wise approved vendor list, Vendor Rating, Purchase Orders.
    • Maintaining the list of frequently consumable material of machines installed in our premises, maintaining minimum stock for the same.
    • Procuring material as per budget defined for different department and inform to management if budget value required increase.
