VMware Marketing Programs APJ, Senior ConsultantWhat you ll achieveThe role plays a central and pivotal role to develop marketing plans and enable field execution, delivering results and outcomes that correspond to business goals.The successful candidate will work collaboratively across cross-functional business and marketing teams to manage and execute marketing and sales programs and campaigns.You will: Drive awareness, new business and customer development strategies across teams at Dell Technologies Partner with a cross-functional team to create impactful, scalable, repeatable marketing programs and improve efficiency and effectiveness in the market Manage assigned budgets and evaluate ROIs for all program spend Use data and industry best practices to optimize marketing strategy
• Gaining an in-depth understanding of plans, priorities, projects and initiatives.Managing business stakeholders via effective communication of marketing plans and outcomes
• Develops subject matter expertise on VMware and Dell Technologies Global campaigns, content, and roadmaps. Acts as the central liaison across Global, International, and country teams
• Formulates guidance aligned to business priorities, including details on global campaign and frameworks, content details, and developing investment guidance aligned to campaign priorities. Owns the end-end launch planning program management process Develops programs in conjunction with cross-functional teams, potentially including:
• Outbound and Sales Plays
• Digital Engagement
• Search
• Channel marketing
• Events
• Large accounts marketing
