Role Objective Incubate and Grow revenues for Growth vertical from agencies and advertisers from North and East India Job Responsibilities Incubate and initiate new clients for Products and Services Achieve the AOP numbers for the region and Products Enhance revenues from existing clients Measure of Success (KRAs) Revenue realized for the region Achievement of AOP numbers for the region Number of new clients Incubation and Awareness of products for the advertisers and agencies in the region Job Specifications Minimum Education Graduate Minimum/Relevant Experience 12 to 14 years of Media Sales Past Industry Experience Television media sales. Sales of research led products will be a plus Behavioral Skills Ability to close deals, Agile, Out of box thinker, Go-getter, ability to take initiative to address client problems, Team player, Problem solver, Relationship builder, Listener, Pro-active thinker Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Exposure to media planning practices is desirable Language Skills Fluency in English, Hindi and one regional language Key Interactions Internal Stakeholders Interaction within Growth and Relationship teams as well as other departments like MSCI, MA etc ; implementation of Management initiatives over and above the Responsibilities and KRAs Key Interactions External Stakeholders All advertisers, small and medium agencies in the region.
