Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesignation: Executive Assistant (EA)Reporting: This shall report to the DirectorsPlease of Work: Kundli, Sonepat i.e. Delhi/ NCR Key Responsibilities:
    • EA is expected to handle complex situations, multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Integrate long-term projects with urgency of immediate demands on the operations across multiple functions in a Medical Device Manufacturing company.
    • Prepare PPTs, training modules, various manufacturing & training reports, conduct internal studies, document minutes of meeting, and strong follow-up on deliverables.
    • Must exhibit skills to collaborate and achieve actionable results with ability to build strong and sustainable relationships and capability to interact across levels in the organization globally.
    • Maintain strong follow-up with identified departments and personnel as per Minutes of the Meetings to enable them accomplish their actionable items/ targets.
    • Manage schedule, preparation of presentations; travel itineraries, logistics and expense reporting, work closely manufacturing, HR & sales team on securing meetings; manage budgets; and help internal communication and coordination.
    • Complete responsibility of Domestic & International Travel desk covering all aspects of travel.

    • Graduate in any discipline preferably MBA and prior experience as an executive assistant to senior executive in a fast growing manufacturing & sales driven organization.
    • Impressive multi-tasking skills and passion for managing a wide variety of projects.
    • Stellar organizational and communication skills with proven experience in preparing and presenting information to executives and Board of Directors.
    • High sense of urgency and drive for excellence.
    • Skilled in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage.
    • A sense of humour and ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
