Job Description

    Nisarg Agripreneurship Foundation is looking for a Personal Assistant to ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer.Job Location: DelhiRemuneration: 6 LPAEssentials for an Executive Assistant:The candidate should have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce/Economics/Marketing or an MBA.The candidate should have excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, project managers, implementation agencies, cluster representatives, et ceteraThe candidate should have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roleThe candidate should have a strong understanding of project components, its requirements, roadblocks, and implementation plansThe candidate should possess experience and capability of working and coordinating with various government officials and agenciesThe candidate should have up-to-date. knowledge of the production industry and technological developments and the ability to synthesise them in the required fieldThe candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office and other office productivity toolsThe candidate should be a flexible team player willing to do what it takes to succeed; adaptable, and enjoy challengesThe candidate should be willing to travel within India for business purposes, often at short notice.Role and Responsibility:Managing the professional and personal schedules of the CEO, including agendas, emails, phone calls, travel arrangements, and client managementProactively anticipating scheduling conflicts, prioritising meetings, and ensuring timely reminders, as well as managing content and internal information flowMaintaining professional and timely communication with government officials, ministries, and other external stakeholdersPreparing briefing materials and presentations for the CEOs meetings with government officials and ministry representativesAbility to network, get through to the relevant public and policy officials, and present business perspectives on issues.Acting as a point of contact and maintaining effective communication between management and internal/external stakeholdersCoordinating and managing travel and travel-related activities, such as hotel bookings, transportation, and meal arrangementsHandling sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion,
