Job Description

Chemical Engineers with 10+ years experience in FEED and/ or detailed engineering of Refineries, Petrochemicals, Gas Processing, Fertilizers, Utilities Offsite.

Candidates should have experience of:

Work on process simulators (Hysis, PRO- II, Promax, etc)

Preparation of Heat and Material Balance and PFDs.

Equipment sizing and preparation of equipment datasheets

Hydraulic calculations (pump and compressor, control valve hydraulic calculations, line sizing)

Relief Valve Sizing and Relief system design (including use of Flarenet)

Development of PIDs and Line Designation Tables

Lead PID, HAZOP and 3D model reviews

Worked on Feasibility Studies and FEEDs involving refinery integration and overall conceptualization of Utilities and Offsites

Supervision of a team of engineers and designers

Plan and schedule activities for team to meet project milestones

Responsible for quality of deliverables produced by team
