This job posting isnt available in all website languages 17 hours ago Apply for Job Share this Job Sign Up for Job Alerts Key Responsibilities The main focus of the role will be: To serve as primary point of contact for the Business Support Quick Desk stakeholders/requestors Maintains effective and efficient back and forth communication (by phone or email) with requestors Manage team mailboxes and proactively scope lead complex requests with highest quality Work with Team Leader/ Manager to obtain necessary resources to support the team s requirements To assist with process improvements to improve the performance of services Plan, schedule, monitor, review workload to make sure targets are being met Discover training needs and assist Team Leader/ Manager to provide coaching Oversee the effective and efficient completion of deliverables assigned by the Team Leader/ Manager Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to complete deliverables Recognize and celebrate team member accomplishments Maintain high approachability for junior team members to address process related challenges Ability to operate individually on any given project Assists in maintaining process documentation Manage workflow in coordination with the Team Leader/ Manager Assists Team Leader/ Manager in identifying knowledge gaps Shares best practices around data capture with junior team members and report inconsistencies to the Team Leader / Manager Qualifications Experience A bachelors/masters degree from a reputed institute 4+ years of experience at a multinational organisation, working in a similar role Experience in transitioning processes to an offshore location (captive/outsourced) ,
