Job Description

    BHS Corrugated India Private Limited is a Subsidiary of our own principal Company BHS Corrugated Maschinen-und Anlagen GmbH, (Germany) & incorporated on 11 May 2011. The company is into the trading business of Corrugated machineries in India and providing the Sales, Service and application solutions to the Indian Customers. We are looking for Process Trainer from the Corrugation / Packaging Industry to work in India / Singapore on the most advanced corrugation machines from BHS corrugated. We need a knowledgeable and experience candidate in customer training with good communication skillsCompany profile: BHS Corrugated India Pvt LtdProfile: Process Trainer- AP (Asia Pacific)Location: Anywhere from all over India.Qualification: Any Graduate or BE Mechanical / Electrical / MechatronicsExperience: 10 - 15 yrs or more CTC: as per market standard.Reporting: Managing Director BHS India. 1. Be responsible for corrugator start up, customer training including safety, operating and process. 2. Trouble shooting for boards quality. 3. Optimize training contents with tools, design exercises, instructional activities & Training assessments that reinforce learning. 4. Conduct needs analysis to ensure the training fulfils the needs & objective of the customer. 5. Working with mechanical and electrical team to implement operation unit project. 6. Facilitate learning of operating BHS corrugators, process and product training via in-house, on-site training, incorporate a variety of presentation methods to accommodate adult learning principles 7. Contribute to overall success of the service department by identifying ways to continuously improve the training process. 8. Other tasks assigned by manager. 9. Responsible for visiting onsite at customer as per the assigned projects.
