Job Description

To undertake, coordinate, plan and control the company s buying and procurement activity. To approve purchase invoices related to contracts To manage contracts and support supplier relationship management. To represent the client on all group procurement projects and support the divisional team as and when required. Undertake routine company buying to support budgets holders, operating costs or one-off equipment purchases. Manage contracts and leases to ensure that suppliers deliver their commitments, obligations and performance regimes as well as renewing contracts as required. Support the business to manage relationships with key suppliers including organising meetings, logging actions and recording progress. Maintain a virtual and physical database of all contracts to support renewal, planning and contract management. Develop a preferred and trusted supplier list. Increase contract coverage and consolidate the supply chain where relevant. Approving contract related invoices by making sure relevant contractual works are carried out by the supplier to a satisfaction level and the cost is as agreed in the contracts. Administrative and communication support in new projects. Support the Finance team with budgeting and forecasting.,
