The role will involve to solve customers application related problems in an efficient and effective way. To ensure that the end customer is getting the result they want, and is satisfied with Digital Print Enhancement (DPE) products, solutions, and performance as cutomer is always the first priority. Reports to Product Head, Belongs to the Sales Support Team and works alongside with the technical team. Duties include: Reports to Product Head, Belongs to the Sales Support Team and works alongside with the technical team. Play a key role in DPE Sales team, devising Sales strategy and creating new Sales materials. Provide customer Application support on all DPE products and equipment, pre and post sales, through phone, email and onsite. Manage customer complaints providing long- term solutions. Be able to travel Nationally to perform training, product demonstrations, resolve problems, to attend exhibitions and to provide commissioning on customer sites in a professional way. Suggest application ideas and application improvement ideas to DPE Sales team from customer experiences and collaborative projects with customers. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: With a good understanding of Printing Technology, you are likely to be a Diploma or graduate in Printing Technology having experience in Prepress, Offset Printing & Post- press Divisions. With a good understanding of Printing Technology, you are likely to be a Diploma or graduate in Printing Technology having experience in Prepress, Offset Printing & Post- press Divisions. Able to present, teach and train Customer staff. Practical experience with Pre- press, Press & Post- press equipment. Demonstrable drive and enthusiasm for your work. Be analytically sound and have a systematic thought process. Respond well to working in a challenging environment. Strong commitment to project completion . The ability to build relations and influence at all levels. Should be proficient with Design Software - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Coral Draw etc. Fluency in English is essential.
