Job Description

*Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Responsibilities

• The candidate expected to drive multiple programs related to Oracle Cloud Migrations, while leading cross functional adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and DevOps best practices.
• Build in-depth partnerships with stakeholders while authoring clearly defined product roadmaps
• Work with engineering counterparts to build and maintain a lean, prioritized product backlog
• Responsible for definition and tracking of success metrics for both product and engineering health
• Clearly identify and communicate project status, complex blockers and outstanding actions to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• A BS or MS degree, along with minimum of 7 years relevant experience is required
• Relevant Bachelors degree or experience commensurate with job expectations for this position
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies and agile practices are a must
• Excellent writing, formal presentation and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to communicate ideas effectively with executives and engineering teams.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with passion for cloud-scale services
• Hands-on experience with DevOps toolchain technologies (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Yammer etc.)
• Experienced in establishing a team mission, building roadmaps, tracking projects against that roadmap, and shipping products.
• Proven business acumen through demonstrable good outcomes for a previous employer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced in managing contractors and working with cross functional teams
• Demonstrated success in cloud efficiency and optimization projects
• Experience working with offshore teams is a plus
• Experience in IaaS, PaaS and SaaS based products along with automation using ML and/or AI.
