Job Description

Program Manager

  • Model business processes for the Global Services Business team from start to end
  • Conduct business process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management
  • Identify opportunities for automating manual processes
  • Recommend process improvements, reengineering, and elimination of non-value-added steps
  • Integrate new systems and processes with existing ones
  • Manage process transitions and requirements with stakeholders
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by identifying process changes required to go from current to future state
  • Document business process models, capturing all elements required to carry out the process
  • Facilitate and collaborate on business analyst councils to guide the standardized process through convergence
  • Ensure that models are aligned with the architecture principles as the models will be used as the basis for the code developed to support the processes
  • Communicate updates and findings to process stakeholders and executive associates through formal communication mechanisms
  • Facilitate project meetings, presentations, and discussions
  • Identify and initiate projects, manage resources, work on the resolution of issues, and hold yourself and the team accountable for results
  • Assist with and test implementation for all system and process changes to ensure quality and that new processes are working appropriately down to the field level to ensure that the entire business experience is appropriate
  • Measure process performance against requirements; align process improvement with address performance shortfalls
  • Collect, process, and analyze data to identify the root cause of problems
  • Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Provide consultation on the use of reengineering techniques to improve process performance and the quality of our offerings
  • Measure productivity gained through process change and track ROI
  • Track and manage process updates
  • Demonstrate efficiency gains or improved business KPIs
Required skills
  • Motivated with experience working as a project or program manager or business analyst in a fast-paced organization; experience handling day-to-day operational requests (sales) from the business
  • Problem-solving analytical mindset with focus on solving for today as well as building for tomorrow
  • Experience establishing and contributing to process improvements
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
  • 5+ years of experience dealing with complex projects that are multicultural and multidisciplinary across widely diverse corporate management teams, as well as a broad spectrum of regional and global internal partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, analytical ability, and business judgment
  • Healthy balance of business and technical background or experience
  • Experience working with or certification in any methodology like Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Six Sigma, Master of Science in Project Management (MSPM), Prosci certifications, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) are a plus
