Job Description

Be an advocate and point person for all tech talent program participants by running the programs from end-to-end.
Monitor program milestones to ensure they are aligned with the tech roadmap.

Accomplish your goals through the planning and execution of several internal programs like Target Ready,Target Upcurve, eLEAP, and eMIP.
Plan events and coordinate learning opportunities to meet the development needs of the programs.
Responsible for cultivating engagement in Slack and driving excitement through creative and marketing campaigns.
Manage a budget to support program execution.
Partner with accomplished Agile/Product coaches in curating content for TMs
Have the opportunity to pick up new skills related to project management, event planning, managing metrics and dashboards.

Build relationships with supporting teams, recruit mentors and sponsors, and recognize all partner teams throughout the process.

Three/Four-year Bachelor degree / equivalent experience (project/program)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong program management organizational skills and high attention to detail with reporting and data
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Initiative to operate in a self-directed manner, sometimes with ambiguous requirements
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across team, leader, and internal partners
Experience in technology or supporting a technology business preferred
Experience in the training and development field preferred
