Job Description

    Position: Project Coordinator - Skill Development Domain Qualification(s): Master s Degree Work Location: Bangalore, KA Knowledge and Skills:
    • Good and effective communication in Kannada, English
    • The candidate must have 4+ years of experience in the Skill Development domain
    • Demonstrated track record of working on Government projects like DDUGKY, PMKK, NULM, etc.
    • Time management, efficiency, the ability to meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
    • Frequent travelling to the Training centres.
    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinating with Government Officers to run the project smoothly and ensure on time coordination of skill development programs.
    • Attend periodical meetings with MoRD/SRLMs to review project implementation and tracking as per the SOP.
    • To take care of the Compliance at the training Centres by making regular Internal Inspections of the Centres so that all the Operational Functions work as per SOP
    • Setting up of training centres in coordination with Team, to Control Quality of Training at all centres
    • Ensure that timely feedback is conceded on to respective teams to make the process better.
    • Taking Review of Trainers to make Training Effective and in total compliance as per the SOP.
    • Coordinate with the Centre manager for student mobilization as per guidelines and ensure that a daily summary report is maintained and reported.
    • Look for continuous technical up gradation of the training programme
    • Lead the training centre team on areas of improvement in order to strengthen the project.
    • Track mobilizers, their assignment control, reporting of their documents and tracking of day-to-day activities of new students counselled by a counsellor.
    • Meeting with placement agencies, Third party payroll organizations, and employers for better placement of the candidates.
    • Keep track of placed candidates and collect related documents for claim process.
    • Experience in managing the DDUGKY project in coordination with Multiple teams.
    • Hands on experience in financial closing of the Project and understand Centre / State Skill Development Schemes like MORD-DDUGKY.
    • Experience in Liaison with Govt. for financial closure of the project.
    Technical Skills:
    • Working knowledge of Government e-portals for online bid submission/status/report updating.
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office esp. Excel, Word, and PPT
    Financial skills:
    • Conduct a Monthly Audit of the Training centre.
    • Review training center expenses on monthly basis.
