Job Description

Job descriptionPOST: Project Lead Provide complete mobile tower site ready for operation. Ready For Active Installation (RFAI) - endto end site delivery). Candidate should have handsome experience in Telecom site construction work.Job Highlights

  • Field Survey for Identifying Land/rooftop space for Mobile Towers in given area.
  • Negotiation with Landlord for closing the lead within given rent band.
  • Signing the memorandum of Understanding & Agreement with landlord & collection of required documents from landlord.
  • Coordinating with Civil designer for soil test and structural stability Test for installation of tower.
  • Apply and obtain Permission from local civic authorities (Municipality & Panchayat) for construction.
  • Conducting awareness meetings on EMF (Electro Magnetic Radiation) / sessions at different locations.
  • Hold site Revival (if any): - Revival of site which was hold due to environmental reasons.
  • Should be able to properly manage the erection work.
  • Responsible for site civil/electrical and tower erection work.
  • Tower Erection Monitoring & Team planning with client coordination.
  • Materials supply, Store Management, Manpower management, Time & Target oriented Site construction progress and completion.
  • Reading drawing & monitor the execution of work as per drawing.
  • TSP sites coordination in circle. (civil & Electrical work).
  • Coordination with Client for Tower AT audit.
  • Managing different vendors to complete the work within the time frames.
  • Coordination with Client for Project work.
  • Coordination for daily work progress.
  • Handle all Infrastructure related activities for the project.
  • Monitoring the work to get completed within defined SLA.
  • Take necessary action for Safety measure during Site Execution.
