We look forward to receive your application. Key job responsibilities:

  • Preparing master schedules with help of MS project 2000 software
  • Monitoring of projects, preparing cost reports and billing of bought out items
  • Coordination with clients , different vendors and several internal departments
  • Preparing the export related documents viz despatch instructions and duty drawback related activities.
  • Follow up with clients for smooth flow of funds
  • Responsible for identification , management and mitigation of all risks on the project.
  • Preparation and making of proposal drawings including layout , general arrangement for material handling systems
  • Coordinate and consult with other workers to design , layout or detail components and systems
  • Checking and reviewing of drawings
  • Review and analyse specifications , sketches, drawings, ideas and related data to assess factors affecting component design and procedures and instructions to be followed.
  • Execute designs following the mechanical and layout design criteria developed specifically for the project as well as the defined standards , codes and regulations
  • To achieve Sales target
  • Bids, tender evaluation and contract management
  • Project development, identifying project site, coordination with vendors and sub suppliers
  • To conduct market research and updating with competitors price
  • Performing activities like cost estimation, project engineering and scheduling etc
  • Evaluating clients plant lay drawing and key plan and submitting the best possible solution
  • Actively taking part in techno commercial negotiations with clients and consultants
  • Follow up with clients on regular basis
