Job Description

    • Provide a professional and dedicated project management and ensure successful delivery of regulatory requirements
    • Work with the business to identify solutions for the enhancement, development and implementation of scalable and robust operating models and solutions, ensuring alignment to strategic business initiatives
    • Collaborate and build positive stakeholder relationships by providing regular and relevant status updates, obtains buy-ins from the project sponsor, Steering committee and other stakeholders for all key project plans, commitments and changes including requirements.
    • Define functional and non-functional business requirements for development and commercialisation in order to meet business targets.
    • Devise a transition process to ensure that Operations, Technology and Service can seamlessly move to their respective target state models.
    • Analyse and elaborate product features and operational, regulatory and compliance, UI, reporting and sanctions screening requirements
    • Responsible for requirements Understanding, analysis and clear articulation to wider team including Application Development (AD), Product, Operations and Quality Assurance (QA) groups.
    • Maintain documentation - test strategy, test plan, entry control and exit control as per the best practice process followed within the team.
    • Track testing progress and ensure deadlines are met appropriately by working closely with AD team.
    • Articulates issues and risks to management via various project management tools like RAID, RACI, Scorecards, etc
    Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
    • Graduate or Postgraduate with at least 8 years of relevant experience working in the financial industry.
    • Project / Agile methodology Qualification preferred.
    • Testing experience preferred.
    • Agile methodology skills required.
    • Worked in CIB business function, Global Markets, Middle Office, or Security Services.
    • Business Analysis skills preferred
    • Test Automation skills preferred.
