Job Description

Company Turnkey projects of HVAC / Ventilation / Air Pollution Control Systems Designation - Project Sales Manager having 8 - 10 yrs of experience with direct sales exposure to HVAC and Air Pollution Control industry, consultants, HVAC / EPC contractors, OEM companies, PSUs , must have worked preferably with manufacturing company or with HVAC reputed companies. Location Delhi NCR Qualification BE (mechanical) with HVAC project Background Experience 8 to 10 years in Project Sales Salary - to commensurate with experienceResponsibilities:Develop & generate new business for the company.Strategizing & implementing business decisions ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives. Formulating business plans for overall development & accomplishment of top and bottom-line profitability.To acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional projects and accounts by developing relationships with owners, facility managers, and management companies.Work closely with private/public sector companies and project consultants to ensure Ventechs products are specified and mentioned in the approved supplier list.Complete all necessary steps from opportunity development, follow up and closing of the sale.Utilize application knowledge to efficiently process customer information, respond to inquiries, and address any customer issues in a timely fashion.Travel to customer locations as required; present company products, services, and pricing information in a professional manner. Developing new GOVT.based clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business. Forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.Preparation of client quotations and Tender.Managing activities pertaining to negotiations/finalization of deals (techno-commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.Provide technical service support to clients and resolving their pain areas/ concerns.Analyzing costs of the project and co-ordinate with the planning and Purchase department.Preparation & getting approval on technical submittal from Client & consultant.Coordinate with various departments as necessary, like Designing, Procurement, Execution and report to Sr. Manager/Director in assessing and recording on-site progressRequired Skills/Experience:

  • 8-10 years of Project Sales, engineering, execution, or customer-facing experience Prior to success estimating, selling, and marketing
  • HVAC mechanical solution projects and conceptual solutions to end-users at medium and large-size companies in a highly competitive market.
  • Foundational knowledge of HVAC mechanical and/or electrical systems.
  • Experience performing heating and cooling load calculations Experience making equipment and systems selections Experience sizing ductwork, water(hydronic), and gas piping Experience with take-offs from plan and spec projects.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office/Outlook Exchange/ Excel/Gem/Tender portals Knowledge and experience in the Industrial/commercial segment Knowledge of instrumentation products like sensors and transducers.
  • Experience with direct sales exposure to HVAC and Air Pollution Control industry, consultants, HVAC contractors, OEM companies, must have worked preferably with manufacturing company or with HVAC reputed companies.
  • Good Co-Originator, Presentable, can explore the markets for our line of products Ventilation fans, air washer units, air handling units, Dust Collectors, etc.
  • Good communication skills with capability of interacting with HVAC CONTRACTORS & CONSULTANTS, CUSTOMERS & CLIENTS INDEPENDENTLY and involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote company products, services, planning, Client relations.

Responsibilities: To execute the projects - retrofit, greenfield independently with the necessary contractors To Liaison with the end-user, PMC, consultant for the execution of the projects.Raise the running bills as per the terms and collect payments.To generate revenue Assembly of Equipment at Sites, Trouble Shooting, attending Customer Complaints and related activities,e.g. To organize Assembly, Installation, Startup, Final handing over of AHUs/Air Washer Units/AC Equipment like VRFs, Ductables, at respective sites.To ensure all equipment, labor, tools, and tackles are made available by the Contractor, as per agreement.To oversee the Work of Contractors and Ensure Quality and Timely completion.To liaison with Customers to Resolve site Issues and Queries. To coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payment to Contractors, whenever required.To Interact with the Design dept. / Sales team for Clients query resolution. To interact with the factory for material requirements, to ensure no interruptions or delays.To ensure unit start-up/commissioning protocols are followed.To attend and resolve customer complaints.Collection of retention amount and installation amount due from customers.Will be responsible for rate negotiations with contractors for installation jobs To prepare and submit periodic Site Reports. Correspondence with Customer from time to time.Required Skills/Experience: 8-10 years of engineering, execution, or customer-facing experience Foundational knowledge of HVAC mechanical and/or electrical systems Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office/Outlook Exchange.Knowledge and experience in the Industrial / commercial segment Knowledge of instrumentation products like sensors and transducers.Engineer savvy; ability to read schematics Language- Understand & fluent in speaking in Hindi/English.
