The incumbent would provide work, which is accurate and timely completion of operational activities assigned in Fulfilment (Procure to Pay) operations, to ensure seamless operations.Key Responsibilities: (Maximum 8-10 Points) 1. Responsible for on-time end-to-end process of PR to PO conversion asset process. 2. Responsible for on-time Delivery of Materials and Services of a Business unit. 3. Effective follow-up for timely deliveries from Supplies as per the agreed timelines. 4. Improve productivity levels across the team with Automation, Digitisation tools, and timely follow-ups & MIS. 5. Understand and manage risks to minimize the impact on deliverables and exhibits sincerity and diligence to maintain high performance. 6. Effective Co-ordination for timely receipt of material at Warehouse and tracking the GRN completion and payments due and release. 7. Responsible for procurement-related records collection, storage, maintenance for transparency and compliance. 8. Participation in Root Cause Analysis, suggestion to eliminate duplications and unnecessary activities, drive Process and System enhancement programs.9: Understanding and demonstrating responsibility for the safety of self & colleagues by following all safety protocols provided by Syngene10: Adherence to all environment, health, and safety (EHS) policies & standards at all times in the workplace11: Wearing all PPE as required.12: Adherence to all procedures related to Syngene s data integrity policies13: Compliance with Syngene s s quality standards at all times.Educational Qualification: 1. B Pharma/BSC Cemistry/M.Sc, B. Com. 2. MBA is an advantage.Technical/Functional Skills: 1. Hands-on experience in SAP Procurement Module and MS office. 2. Basic knowledge of Procurement process and Chemical products, and associated cost drivers for Procurement. 3. To extract reports from SAP, collate and format in excel and analyze the data for driving improvement initiatives.Experience: 1. Should have experience in Procurement operations with 3 years of experience in Pharma / FMCG/ BPO or any other procurement division. 2. Must have handled procurement transaction in SAP with exposure to PR, PO, and GRN Process 3. Experience in extracting SAP reports and collating them in Excel for analyses and effective follow-up.Behavioral Skills: 1. On-time completion of assigned tasks. 2. Good communication skills 3. Effective co-ordination and follow-up to manage deliverables 4. Team player and facilitator.,
