You may also share this mail in your network.We are recruiting an experienced professional for the role of Quality Control and Knowledge Management Lead, who will be responsible for the overall Quality Control of the key milestones being delivered under a large WASH project.The person will be primarily responsible for advising on quality aspects of the project operations. The incumbent assists the Program Director and Grant Manager in ensuring high quality of all project activities and deliverables by reviewing key milestones being delivered, subsequent to the first layer of quality check by respective team and track leads. S/he will also be responsible for ensuring that all project operations carried out by consortium members are in alignment with the quality standards set forth for the project.Major duties and responsibilities- Carry out compliance assessments to ensure that key milestones, project activities and deliverables are aligned with technical requirements and quality standards agreed to in the terms and conditions of the contract- Conduct regular quality checks across programmatic, financial, human resource and operational aspects- Evaluate contract performance and ensure success in meeting quality objectives and consistency in meeting goals and targets- Conduct regulatory compliance assessments, including compliance of all consortium members, implementation partners and other third parties associated with the project over the course of the contract to applicable regulations and codes (financial, environmental, safety, and other reporting requirements)- Monitor and evaluate performance of key personnel across project tracks in accordance with project requirements and ensure client satisfaction and resolution of issues that may arise during the contract- Support the Team Lead and Grant Manager in preparing work plans, implementation plans, monitoring and evaluation plans, branding and marking requirements, inventory control, data quality assessment, and any additional deliverables sought by the Contractor- Lead the development and implementation of a program learning system to document, assess, share, replicate and apply lessons learned and best practices into projects approach and strategies- Lead quarterly data analysis on project performance and subsequent learning to contribute to adaption and performance improvement- Design, coordinate and implement staff training programs to build knowledge, attitudes, skills and behaviours around the quality standards of the contract- Perform all other relevant duties that may be needed to ensure the overall efficient implementation of the project.Qualifications and experience:

• Masters degree in International Development, International Relations or relevant field
• Minimum ten years of experience working in a program management or program coordination role with a minimum of six years working with major bilateral or multilateral donors.
• Familiarity with policies and procedures of bilateral funding agencies
• Experience working with a consortium programme, and/or highly complex programmes with multiple stakeholders preferred
• Demonstrated experience in high-level expertise in Results-Based management, Logical Framework Analysis, and Result-Based Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Understanding of WASH sector in India is preferred
