A Dental Clinic is looking for a responsible Receptionist Office Manger to join our dental office. The Receptionist/ Office Manager will handle various administrative tasks in the front office area. The duties of the Receptionist/ Office Assistance include but are not limited to the following: Greet patients visitors in a friendly helpful manner. Enter all patient information into the data system. Answer incoming calls in a professional courteous tone. Respond to queries provide information to patients general public either by telephone, email or in person. Schedule patient appointments for 6 doctors enter appointments into the computer. Establish maintain accurate filling system for patient records clinic related documents. Collect payment by cash card from patients at the time of treatment. Tally reconcile payments expenditures on a daily basis. Enter log all patient payments into the computer. Organise follow- up on lab services. Skills and Qualities: Fluent in English Must be punctual. Clinic working hours are Monday- Friday 8.45 am to 6:15 pm Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. Must exhibit a calm demeanor patience when interacting with patients, doctors and other staff members Knowledge of computers word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling Good attention to detail and organised Must be personable and have good interpersonal and communication skills with patients and staff. Experience in a medical establishment preferred but not mandatory.,
