Job Description

  • Work closely with business in order to deeplyunderstand teams organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers. utilize this information to develop most effective recruiting strategies within leadership hiring domain.
  • Sourcing, recruiting andhiring leadership talent across a wide range of sales & delivery roles globally.
  • Manage well on all the data associated with the recruitment process,data-driven thinkingand systematic approaches in achieving the operation excellence is a must.
  • Build and maintain network of potential talent throughproactive market research and ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized, including but not limited totalent intelligence & market mapping.
  • Active participation in the full cycle recruitingefforts ,in charge of the offer proposal and negotiation process.
  • Emphasis oncontinuous improvementthrough new initiatives each quarter.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive leadership talent.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment.
  • Diplomatic and a proven ability in building up effective relationships.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
