Roles & Responsibilities :- MANAGING A VALUE BUSINESS OF 200 +CRS- Responsible for overall Zonal Sales Value & Volume Achievement for Regular / Volume products- Mentoring a team- Execution of Identified Major and Key Initiatives in the areas of Distribution Expansion, Distributor Management and Sales Operation.- Dealer Management - Identify, meeting and maintaining relationship with the Key Dealers- Recruitment and retention of direct Reportee, Training and Development of team members- Collection and Updating of Competitive data. market intelligence, MIS, potential mapping for key products- Conducting various activities in market, customers time-to-time to increase tertiary sales.- Monitoring the inventory turns of the distributors.- Capability development & motivational program-me for the team including marketing executives, distributor sales team & major retailer motivational programs.Candidate Requirement :- Full Time MBA- Should have a strong working Knowledge of NORTH State Market working .- Should be from -- Building Material / Paint / Lubricant / Tyre / C.C / Glass / Industrial Product .- Should have a strong experience of Team HandlingCANDIDATES FROM NORTH REGION ONLY APPLY, NO TO RELOCATION CANDIDATES.,
