Job Description

Ensure effective communication and coordination of training programs.
Responsible for driving training initiatives for stores.
Ensure regular interface with store and regional team.

Deliver class room training as per planned regional calendar
Conduct on-the-job training for frontline sales staff as per planned calendar
Ensure induction of all store staff up to ACM level
Execute the overall training strategy at store level
Ensure training effectiveness is captured for all programs and required corrective action is taken
Conduct behavior audits for frontline sales staff.

Training evaluations for all modules to be done and recorded as per the measurement matrix designed for the module.
Maintain a comprehensive MIS of training/OJT delivered, highlighting emerging trends and raising issues, if any.
