Job Description

Handling the database
Providing service support to clients (schools)
Reaching out to new clients(schools) & sharing product information.
Handling priority clients & interested prospects for getting them registered with the company
Working on CRM software
Working on Leads generated through various online & offline marketing activities.
Provide Pre-sales and Post sales support to assigned school.
To build a strong connect and act as a key account manager for the assigned school.
Coordinate with your team leader and with other internal department to ensure smooth process flow and to provideregular information and update to client (school) from time to time.
Reporting to the Business Head and maintain the minimum expected number of daily calls and client connect.
To be a good team player and support other members of the team.
