The candidate will be part of the core management team which will be responsible to drive business strategy from a short/long term perspective- Stakeholder Management : Internal stakeholders like peers and CEO and External stakeholders like Investors, Banks and other consultants. The incumbent will also be part of the road-shows and other fund-raising activities in the future.- Drive performance management through real time support on analysis of growth, costs, working capital & business controls that will assist decision making for a rapidly growing business.- Create and deliver Annual Operating Plan / Quarterly Forecasts in line with Strategic Framework for the overall business.
