Candidates would be Responsible for Financial Analysis and Excel Modelling ActivitiesMajor Duties and Responsibilities:- Income Statement and Cash-Flow Projections- Simple Financial modeling including revenue modeling, expense projections, capital expenditure schedules, working capital projections among others- Preparing and maintaining Key Performance Indicator(KPI Dashboard)- Derives critical financial and operational ratios such as liquidity ratios, margins, capital efficiency ratios etc from annual reports of listed companies- Perform variance analysis on revenues and expenses- Assist with budgeting and forecasting- Assist internal and external teams on variety of simple financial and operational analysis projectsTechnical Skill Requirements:- Good Accounting conceptual knowledge- should be familiar with accrual accounting concepts (even if work-ex is non-accounting)- Good Balance sheet Knowledge- Strong Skills in Excel including pivot tables, conditional formatting, V-Lookup, data validation and macros- Skilled in Other software such as PowerPoint, Outlook and WordOther Skill Requirements:- Should have Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills- Should be able to demonstrate analytical skills and critical thinking skills- Should be able to learn quickly and willingness to work hard (Must)Experience and Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years relevant work-experience (pre-MBA and post MBA combined)Bachelors degree in Accounting and MBA. Non-MBA candidates with clearly relevant and high work experience can also be consideredSALARY: CTC ranges from INR 3,75,000 4,75,000 annually (This includes PF & Performance Based Bonus paid twice a year)TIMINGS: Day-Timings or Extended evening timings (No Night Shifts).
