Job Description

Roles:-

  • Support Business in delivering Profitability through -Retention of talented and tenured employees
  • attracting talent as per TAT for existing stores 60% Employee Retention for Head office and Stores.
  • Ensure at least 100% of all positions in existing stores / Head office are closed within TAT.
  • Ensure Employee Cost is 6% of the total sale to balance bottom line.
  • Adherence to NSO Checklist.
  • Ensure 100% grievance to be addressed and closed within time limit.
  • Improving engagement and ensuring high productivity Recruitment, HR Operations, Statutory Compliance & Performance appraisal.
  • Ensure error free and timely salary payout, timely F&F closures, all statutory to be adhered 100% with no open statutory open points.
  • Completion of Annual Appraisal and ensure to drive periodic reviews at all levels and making action plan quarterly.
  • Ensuring self-display of discipline writ to leaves, punctuality and driving the same across Organization and actions to be taken against the employees over Code of Conduct
