Job Description

Drive & monitor CRM creation for Acquisition and Relationship Teams in MUBB. Responsible for achievement of TASC New Acquisition Value budgets of mapped Cluster Branches in MUBBAct as an efficient conduit between Business, Legal & Compliance, TBG and Operations by being a single point of contact for all Transaction banking needs of BusinessFacilitate acquisition of new to bank clients from Branch Banking, with clear focus on granular top line SA- AMB, AQB & EOP growth. Work in partnership with the Relationship Teams on existing portfolio, by identifying and converting opportunities for generating incremental fee income by cross sell/ up sell of CMS and Forex transactions. Design & drive new acquisition campaigns & contests for the business, as direction from Channel Management Team at HO. Regularly review and perform Wallet Sizing of existing Liability accounts and publish regional/ cluster wise performance dash boards Work closely with Branches/ Relationship Teams to improve Sales efficiency in terms of Product mix/ Productivity / Sales monitoring process & modify relevant measures/ redesign processRegular monitoring of business growth in terms of set benchmarks, business plans and trends. Identify and regularly interact with underperforming and high potential branches/ clusters for developing TASC CRM, sharing of best practices, offering product / process solutionsDrive productivity of CSL s and regular monitoring/ review of CRM,
