Job Description

    Sales / Account Manager : location - Delhi & HyderabadWe are actively seeking professional, target-driven, and proactive Sales Managers for our Delhi and Hyderabad regions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales efforts and manage large accounts for publishers and corporates. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key clients while achieving sales targets.The ideal candidate will be experienced in account management, sales development, and client retention, with a deep understanding of the service industry, print, and fulfilment products. This role requires a sharp focus on business development, strategic sales execution, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth through acquisition and retention of large accounts, including publishers and corporate clients. Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by acting as their trusted point of contact. Understand their needs and propose the best solutions for their business. Client Communication: Engage with clients regularly to assess their requirements, present value propositions, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Planning, Operations, Logistics, etc.) to ensure that client needs are met and projects are executed efficiently. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and proactively seek out potential clients in both established and emerging markets. Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze data to understand client behavior, sales trends, and industry developments. Provide regular reports on account performance, sales pipeline, and forecasting. Issue Resolution: Act as the client advocate, promptly addressing any concerns and ensuring that solutions are implemented to improve the customer experience. Industry Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
