Urgent Hiring forSales Coordinator Robotics Industry (Japanese Language)Role: Sales Coordinator Robotics Industry (Japanese Language)Location- GurugramExperience-1 yearCtc- upto 4-4.5 lpa (Depends on interview)Working Days- 5 DaysJob SummaryThe Sales Coordinator will support sales and business development activities within the robotics and automation sector, acting as a key liaison between Japanese clients/partners, internal sales teams, and technical departments. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and business-level proficiency in the Japanese language.Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day sales operations, including quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery tracking Serve as a communication bridge between Japanese clients, distributors, and internal teams Handle Japanese-language correspondence, including emails, documents, and meeting follow-ups Support sales engineers with product information, technical documentation, and proposals Maintain and update CRM/ERP systems, ensuring accuracy of sales data Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management Coordinate product demos, factory visits, client meetings, and exhibitions Assist with contract coordination, compliance, and documentation aligned with Japanese business standards Follow up on customer inquiries, lead times, and after-sales coordinationLanguage & Communication Requirements Japanese language proficiency Ability to read and understand technical and commercial documents in Japanese Confident communication with Japanese stakeholders in a professional business setting Understanding of Japanese business etiquette and work cultureQualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, or related field 1 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or international sales Experience in robotics, automation, industrial machinery, or electronics preferred Familiarity with Japanese companies or Japan-focused business operations is an advantageTechnical & Professional Skills Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience with CRM/ERP systems Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Basic understanding of robotics or automation products (training can be provided)|| Interested Candidates can share there CV on Mail or Whats app for Shortlisting ||Thanks & regards.
