Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Maintain the MIS report on daily basis and present to Reporting Manager.
    • Co-ordinate with our distributors and super stockiest in assigned territory.
    • Create new parties and sent to him our company details.
    • Co-ordinate with team General trade for Goods.
    • Sharing the monthly target to parties pan India and follow-up for the achievement.
    • Co-ordination with all General trade chain.
    • Visited in the market and get the review from party end and solve the issue if any.
    • Create a new DBR, SS and Retailer.
    • Create agreement of the parties for DSR or SS.
    • Travel to organization locations within a given area to meet with and manage sales staff.
    • Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment.
    • Maintaining & Update attendance record of sales team.
    • Daily & Weekly Collection Planning.
    • Monthly Material Projection Planning.
    • Dealer wise & Sales Person wise Sales & Collection Planning.
    • Attendance Compilation and monthly working reports of Regional offices.
    • Daily Reports, Mails, Messages.
    • Maintain Dealer Documents (Agreements, Authorization Letter, GST Certificate, cheques)
    • Prepare Dealer Authorization Letter.
    • Apply and implement Dealers Policy and Follow-up.
    • Group Summary & Outstanding details send to concern person.
    • Maintain Complaint register & its closure.
    • Maintain Bills, invoices and processing to the management.
    Desired Candidate ProfileRole: Sales CoordinatorExp. 2 to 5 Year (FMCG)Salary 15k to 20k MonthlySkills should have MS Excel, ERP, MS officeQualification GraduatePreferred to Female Candidates only.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Thorough understanding of company products.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Qualification Graduate/Post Graduate
    • Should have FMCG organizational experience and attention to detail
    • Skills should have ERP, MS office, Excel
