Job Description

Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about therapy and services as required by the callers/patients.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with patients and working to establish a positive rapport with every patient.
Update patient information such as customer complaints, inquiries, and comments in the patient service database during and after each call.
Work with the management team to stay updated on therapy knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Impact the companys bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated patients into repeat customers.
Ensure maximized productivity.

6 Months to 3 Years professional cold-calling experience.
Ability to remain professional and courteous with patients at all times.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
Basic computer skills.
