    1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
    2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the engineering or technical industry.
    3. Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
    5. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.
    8. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    9. Valid drivers license.
