Job Description

    Job Title: LED Driver Sales PersonJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and experienced LED Driver Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in LED driver/Lighting/Led Components sales and a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the lighting or semiconductor industry.The LED Driver Sales Person will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets for our LED driver products.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Target Achievement:
    - Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for LED driver products.- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    1. Customer Relationship Management:
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.- Identify and engage new potential customers and establish rapport.
    1. Product Knowledge:
    - Maintain a deep understanding of LED driver products and their applications.- Provide expert advice to clients on product selection and specifications.
    1. Market Research:
    - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats.
    1. Sales Presentations:
    - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
    1. Negotiation and Quoting:
    - Prepare and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.- Provide accurate and timely quotations to clients.
    1. Sales Reporting:
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts.- Generate regular sales reports for management.
    1. Collaboration:
    - Collaborate with the technical support team to address client needs and issues.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.- 3-4 years of experience in LED driver sales or a related role.- Strong understanding of LED lighting technology and LED driver products.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.Additional Skills and Attributes:- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.- Willingness to travel to meet with clients as required.If you meet the qualifications and are looking to join a dynamic team in the LED lighting industry, we encourage you to apply for the LED Driver Sales Person position.
