Job Description

Designation:Sales Executive/OfficerJob Location:DelhiJob Purpose: Sales executives are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients, answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, sales executives strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible. The position will involve a high degree of domestic travel.Responsibilities:

  • To cater to the requirements of existing clients as well as making new clients across the cities
  • Ensure the achievement of sell-out target
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the companys Customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Transmit the sales-related information and policies from Company to Customer Supervisors, sales team, ensure they are strictly complying
  • Seek out and explore new sales, product and customer opportunities in hotel, restaurants and Catering industry
  • Monitor sell-out by customer/by brand/by salesmen as well as market behaviours and competitors development to have a timely and suitable reaction
  • Analyse sales data to recommend, implement and administer methods and procedures to enhance the sales improvement of the Company
  • Manage customer credit and payment.
  • Establish and maintain the favourable relationship with major customers
  • Assist the HR Department in recruiting and training Sales Team.
  • Perform other job-related as assigned
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
