exposure of speciality chemical sales Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by reviewing supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development. Identifying prospective clients from various sectors and generating business from the existing, thereby achieve business targets. Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets. Preparing sales budget & ensuring to achieve the same. Preparing marketing strategy to meet future business plans. Mapping competitors strategies & making mitigation plan to meet annual targets. Determines annual gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results. Attending and solving customer complaints timely to earn maximum customer satisfaction. Communicating the team leaders about their team sales targets and ensuring that they are accomplished within the set time frame. Effectively interfacing with people at all levels, managing healthy work environment and inculcating bonded teamwork with high work ethics. Hand on experience of dealer management. Accountable for credit control & meeting collection plans. Should have good exposure of International Sales & marketing.Required Candidate profileQualification MBA Marketing / B.E. /B.
