Job Description

Taking care of the Sales & Marketing operations with focus on achieving sales growth.
Analyzing & reviewing the market response/requirements & communicating the same to the sales team for accomplishment of the company goals.
Strategizing the long term as well as short term business directions of the region to ensure maximum profitability in line with business objectives.

Required Candidate profile

Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing plans to build consumer preference, handling sales promotional & secondary activities for products & carrying market development.
Handling dealers & distributors on periodic basis as per company norms & day to day monitoring of all distributors for smooth distributions of products.
Developing & maintaining healthy business relations with all clients, ensuring maximum satisfactions by achieving delivery & quality norms.
Finding of untapped markets & increase the channel & retail base.
Monitoring of address ability & penetration in the market.
